Therapy
Adolescents
Identity, friendships, family relationships, school pressures, neurodivergence and the growing expectation to understand who you are and where you fit.
I offer a space that feels respectful and collaborative, where we can explore what's happening without judgement or pressure to have all the answers.
Adults
You might come to therapy because something has happened, because you've been struggling for some time, or simply because you want to understand yourself better.
I work with adults navigating relationships, anxiety, ADHD and neurodivergence, self esteem and identity, grief, life transitions, performance pressures and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected.
Couples
Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of connection — and also where some of our most difficult patterns emerge.
I work with couples to better understand the dynamics between them, strengthen communication and create space for greater understanding, connection and change.
Neurodivergent clients
A neuroaffirming space to explore your experiences, understand the way your mind works and find approaches that work with you, rather than asking you to fit into someone else's idea of how you should be. I support adolescents and adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent experiences, including those who are newly diagnosed or exploring what neurodivergence might mean for them.
Registered PACFA Practitioner

I offer a trauma informed and neuroaffirming approach to therapy, designed to help you rediscover the wholeness that exists beneath your current patterns. Whether working with adolescents, couples or families, we focus on creating safe spaces where understanding and connection lead to meaningful growth.
