About me

I'm a PACFA Registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Melbourne.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I completed a business degree and spent many years building and leading hospitality businesses. Looking back, what interested me most was always people, the way we connect, communicate and create a sense of belonging.
That curiosity eventually led me to psychotherapy. Along the way, I've facilitated food therapy experiences at The Self Retreat and wellbeing workshops with women and adolescents, exploring food and memory, and connection, identity and belonging.
Today, I bring these different parts of my experience together in the therapy room, with a warm, curious and collaborative approach and a genuine interest in understanding people in the context of their lives.
At the heart of it all is a question I keep coming back to:
What helps people flourish?
